Purchase/Ordering Policy
Online Order - We accept credit cards through PayPal only. Your receipt will say LMD on your statement. Click on our product links to place your order using our shopping cart.
Mail Order - Use our shopping cart to collect your order. Then, print out the shopping cart page. Include your shipping information and mail with your check or money order. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship after we receive your check, and it has cleared our bank. Please make checks and money orders payable to:

No Phone Orders - At this time, we do not offer order by phone. Credit cards are only accepted through PayPal. Every effort has been made to make all product information available on the site. If you have any comments or questions about our products, please contact feedback@crossurharness.com.
Business Hours - 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. We return any weekend and evening inquiries on the following business day. Your questions and comments are welcome. Please contact sales@crossurharness.com.
Order Confirmation - An order confirmation will come in the form of a notice from PayPal notifying you that postage has been paid for your shipment (US only). Personal responses will be made to questions on your order form. When checking your delivery confirmation number, you will receive the following notice (or something similar) from the post office website.
Shipping Policy
Cross UR Harness ships USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer a different shipping method please contact sales@crossurharness.com and we can discuss your preference. Cross UR Harness has fixed shipping for your convenience.

Optional Insurance - Insurance is the buyers responsibility. Insurance will be purchased through the United States Postal Service. Merchandise will not be replaced at our cost while insurance claim is in progress.
Delivery Confirmation - Orders shipped with Delivery Confirmation will be considered delivered and will not be replaced by Cross UR Harness.
Canadian Orders - Orders shipped with Certificate of Mailing will be considered delivered, and will not be replaced by Cross UR Harness. Parcel post is the only class of mail that may be insured. If you choose insurance for other classes of mail a Certificate of Mailing will be purchased with the funds. Small shipments (under 4 pounds) will be shipped by Air Letter Post.
Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of these products for their individual situations. Consumer accepts all responsibility by purchasing and using these products.
Return Policy
We will not give refunds for returned merchandise. We will give you a merchandise credit on all returned merchandise. We will take returns on any damaged merchandise if you call us within checking merchandise in 72 hours of receiving it. All items must be in the package we shipped it in. All custom made items may not be returned or money refunded.
Cancellation Policy
We give you 24 hours to cancel your order for any reason. If you cancel your order within 24 hours we will give you a refund if it has not been shipped. Sometimes we ship the same day. In that case, we will give the full refund but have to charge a 30% restocking fee. Everything has to be there and in its original package.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
